How do I sign in to the app?

You're already a registered user and have login credentials provided to you by a health care professional (HCP) or program administrator.
Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Tap Agree and Continue.

A first time user of the Hailie® Smartinhaler® app, and have received a registration code via email or SMS from your HCP or program administrator.
Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Tap Agree and Continue.

• Enter the email address and password provided by your HCP or program administrator.
• Select the closest region from the drop-down menu.
• Tap Log In.

Be sure to accept any in-app pop-up permissions.

Notes:
- Once logged in, the user will remain logged in until the log out.
- The app must have permissions allowed to access the mobile device's Bluetooth and Location (Android only) services for the app to function correctly.
