When do I need to update the app version?

The Hailie® Smartinhaler® app is constantly being reviewed and updated to ensure you receive the best experience and technology when used in conjunction with a Hailie® Smartinahler® sensor and your inhaler medication. 

In-app notifications will alert users to the next available version to download and install.  It's important to update the app when you receive this notification to ensure the app is compatible with current mobile device operating systems.

Health Care Professionals and program administrators receive official communications about the latest release which can be passed on to their patients.

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to check if you have the latest version of the app.  The version number is displayed at the bottom of the Welcome log in screen. 

In some instances, you may need to restart your device to update the app.
