Try the following steps if the app won't update:
- Check for Android or iOS updates available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Ensure you have a working internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular network.
- Try updating the Hailie® app.
- Restart your mobile device (turn it off and on again).
- Try updating the Hailie® app again.
