Hailie® app won't update.

The Hailie® app is regularly updated to ensure users have a great experience using the Hailie® solution.  

Visit Which mobile devices can I use with my Hailie® sensor? to ensure your mobile device is compatible with the Hailie® app.

Try the following steps if the app won't update:

  1. Check for Android or iOS updates available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Ensure you have a working internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular network.
  3. Try updating the Hailie® app.
  4. Restart your mobile device (turn it off and on again).
  5. Try updating the Hailie® app again.

If you're still having trouble, contact your Health Care Professional or Program Administrator.
