To create an account in our e-commerce sites, follow these easy steps:
USA Store
Step 1 Create your account
- Go to the e-store and click on the Sign In tab in the footer toolbar menu.
- Click Create an account.
- Complete the information required and click Create.
- When you create an account, you will receive an Activation Email from Hailie™.
- When you click the Activate your account button you will receive a Confirmation Email.
Step 2 Confirmation email
Click Visit our store to go to the Hailie™ solution site.
Reset your password
If you need to reset your password in the e-store follow these steps:
- Go to the Sign In tab in the footer toolbar menu.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click Submit. We will send you an email to reset it.
- Check your email account and click on Reset your password to reset your shop account password.
- Enter a new Password and Confirm password for your email address. Click Reset Password to finish.
If you didn't request a new password, you can safely delete the email we sent you.
NZL Store
Step 1 Create your account
- Go to the e-store and click on the Sign In tab in the toolbar menu.
- Click Create account.
- Complete the information required and click Create.

Comments
There is no shopping cart that shows up on the account page, and there is also no option to purchase any of the sensors. It only says learn more. I am able to select a monthly subscription for the app, but it then says to add a sensor - but there is no option available to add a sensor to the shopping cart.
