What do I need to do if I am replacing my phone?

Don't worry, you can still access your data!

To set up the Hailie™ app on your new phone, follow these instructions:

1. Download the Hailie™ app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Go to How do I download and install the Hailie™ app? to get the step-by-step instructions. 

2. Open the Hailie™ app and sign in with your Email address. Once you sign in all the data you recorded on your previous device will be visible.

3. Make sure you Pair your Hailie™ sensor. Go to How do I pair my Hailie™ sensor? to learn how to pair. 

4. Wait until your Hailie™ sensor syncs. 

5. Repeat the same steps if you have more than one Hailie™ sensor.

You won't be able to see any new data on your new phone if you don't pair your Hailie™ sensors.
