If the sensor you ordered does not match your prescribed inhaler, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of delivery. Go to Can I use my Hailie™ sensor with any inhaler medication? to get detailed information.
If we can provide a sensor for your prescribed inhaler, we will supply it to you free of charge (shipping costs excluded), after receiving the sensor you purchased back, in an unused condition.
If we are unable to provide the Hailie™ sensor for your prescribed inhaler type, we will refund your remaining subscription after receiving the sensor back, in an unused condition.
