We update the Hailie™ app regularly so you can have a great experience using the Hailie™ solution. Most of the updates include enhancements in order for you to operate the app more efficiently.
Go to Which mobile devices can I use with my Hailie™ sensor? to ensure your mobile device is compatible with the Hailie™ app.
If you can't update, follow these steps:
- Check for Android or iOS updates available in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. System updates can bring improvements that may fix your issue. Install the system update.
- Ensure you have a working internet connection via Wi-Fi or cellular network.
- Try updating the Hailie™ app.
- If you still can't update, restart your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
- Try updating the Hailie™ app again.
- If the Hailie™ app won't update, try deleting and reinstalling the Hailie™ app.
If you still can't update the Hailie™ app, please contact Customer Support so we can investigate.
