I changed my medications. How do I get a new Hailie™ sensor?

If during your subscription period your Inhaler prescription changes and your Hailie™ sensor no longer fits your new inhaler, email support@hailie.com to arrange for a sensor exchange. We will ask you to return your sensor and once we have received it, we will issue a credit code to allow you to order a matching sensor free of charge and add an additional 12 months subscription to your Hailie™ solution.
