Why won't my Hailie™ sensor sync?

If the Hailie™ sensor is not responding to Bluetooth® communications, ensure:

  • Your Hailie™ sensor’s battery is adequate (green)
  • Your mobile device is on and has enough battery charge
  • Bluetooth® is enabled on your mobile device
  • The sensor is paired.
The Hailie™ sensor only syncs when the Hailie™ app is open. Ensure you open the Hailie™ app to allow data syncing.

The Hailie™ sensor needs to be within range (10 meters or 32 feet) of the mobile device for it to communicate with the Hailie™ app.

Other wireless communications equipment such as wireless home network devices, mobile phones, cordless telephones and their base stations, walkie-talkies and equipment such as contactless payment or anti-theft systems, can affect the Hailie™ sensor’s syncing and should be kept at least 30cm (12in) away.

Increase the separation distance between the Hailie™ sensor and any such devices if you suspect this could be causing problems.
