The Hailie™ app can be download for free from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
Make sure you are logged into the store before you try to download.
To download, open the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and search for Hailie. This is the Hailie™ app icon

The Hailie™ app supports different devices for Android and iOS mobile operating systems. Go to Which mobile devices can I use with my Hailie™ sensor? to check if your device is compatible.
iOS
- Open the Apple App Store app.
- Tap the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar.
- Type "Hailie" into the search bar, then tap Search.
- When you find the Hailie app, tap this icon
. - Tap Get and then Install.
- Enter your Apple ID password if prompted to do so.
- Tap Open to open the Hailie app directly.
- Register or Log in (if you already have a user account).
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the magnifying glass at the top of the screen to start searching.
- Type "Hailie" into the search bar, then tap Search.
- Tap the Hailie app icon
and then Install. - A list of access rights pop-up, instructing you on which areas of your mobile device the application will need access to. Tap OK to continue. You are taken back to the applications page while your app is downloading in the background.
- The Hailie™ app is available for you to use when you see a “Successfully installed” message at the top of the screen.
- Tap Open to open the Hailie app.
- Register or Log in (if you already have a user account).
