Can I login into the Hailie® app with my shop account?

For privacy and security reasons your shop account is separate from your Hailie® app user account. 

Your shop account is used to order sensors and subscriptions online and to manage data relating to your orders and subscriptions.

Your user account is used to manage your Hailie® app on your mobile device and manage your medication use data.  

The login details for the shop account and user account do not have to be the same. For security reasons, you may choose to have separate login details.

We provide the option of Email or Social media login for both the shop account and user account.  If you wish to log in using your social media details, please consider your privacy settings and security.
